iPhone: How
to take screenshots without clicking a button
iPhone users can easily take screenshots without pressing a single
button or key. The process is very simple.
Screenshots are one of the easiest ways to document something you
saw on the web, or keeping proof of some app activity, or just for art.
Whatever may be your reason for taking screenshots, the standard
process on iPhones is to follow a tricky combo of the power key and volume key
together. This may sound easy but is highly complex to follow the real world.
What’s the solution?
For this, we will use the “back Tap” function as a shortcut for
taking screen
shots. You can also use the Back Tap feature for other shortcuts
in iOS. All one needs to do is double or triple tap right above the Apple logo
to initiate the shortcut.
·
Head over to the Setting app on your iPhone.
·
Look for Accessibility and open it.
·
Then look for Touch and within that, open Back Tap.
·
Choose double or triple tap, then choose screenshot.
·
Once done, do the tap function on the back of your iPhone and it
will take a screenshot.
·
Back Tap also works with cases on, hence you can simply pat your
iPhone’s back to take a screenshot at any situation, without pressing the pesky
button combo.
·
Apart from screenshots, you choose from over a dozen activities,
Siri shortcuts, and more functions to assign
to the back tap. Sadly, you only get the option of a double or triple
tap
Good luck
